Your Village Journey
A place to learn, connect, and reflect on the many joys and challenges of living in our fast-paced and complicated modern world.
YVJ is an inclusive community space, led by two clinical psychologists, to connect with people who get it and are here to help.
We take evidence-based psychological principles and translate them into easily digestible tidbits you can seamlessly incorporate into your daily life. We know that, with the right information and tools, joy can be found in the journey, often leading to a more fulfilling, happier life.
We are here to share those tools so that anyone who wants them, can have them.
Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Jessica are clinical psychologists, working parents, colleagues and friends.
Our passion is helping people improve their lives by making psychology accessible to all. We love what we do and we believe in it. We have seen how the power of psychology helps people and can change lives. We have also seen how difficult it is to find help and to gain access to high-quality information about mental health and wellness.
Our goal is to take what we know and share it in fun and creative ways that can be easily understood and are accessible to all. We believe that everyone has the right to mental health and wellness, and that therapy should be available to anyone who wants or needs it – regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, insurance status, sexual or gender orientation, ability level, political affiliation, or citizenship.
We believe in the power of community and in having a connected and supportive community – a village.
We Bring Psychology to You
